Author has 36 years of experience in Hi-tech and IT industries. Started his career in Indian Railways as IRS in 1985. Handled operational roles in Central Railway and as a faculty member in the National Institute of Railways at Vadodara. He then switched to IT and was the head of IT in Konkan Railway Corporation Limited.

In 2005, he quit Indian Railway to join ICICI Bank and there during 13 years was responsible for almost all the technology roles including setting up of a new Data Centre. In 2018 he joined Bank of Baroda in 2018 to execute the biggest banks^’ merger in the history of Indian banking. He was in-charge of technology amalgamation of Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda.

After successful completion of the project he quit the job to fully devote himself to teaching young boys and girls at the school level.
