Why do people pee so often in cold season?
It is a very strange question. But the answer is very simple. The kidneys of our bodies are responsible for creating urine as a way to filter out fluid waste from our blood.
On an average day temperature, our bodies usually produce about 1 to 2 quarts of urine. In Hot season the weather is hot. So, our bodies need to adjust the temperature for our bodies by sweating. Note that sweating is also a process of removing fluid waste from our bodies.
During Cold weather our bodies need to filter more blood than normal as blood rushes to our vital organs at a higher frequency. In the cold season the weather is very dry. So, the fluid waste in our bodies can’t be removed by sweating. The body needs to maintain balance. So, body removes waste in liquid state from kidney instead. This results in to pee more often. Surely, it’s an annoying process, but rest assured that this is perfectly normal.
