We take pleasure to introduce a successful Engineer-cum-Artist
Er. Harmohan Singh Chopra, after graduation in 1972, from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur, he served in UP-PWD and took voluntary retirement in year 2000 as Superintending Engineer. During his service he developed many software to rationalize civil design practices engineering. After retirement he established a M/s Data Technosys (Engineers) Pvt. Ltd a MSME company. The company has made its presence in many prestigious both in national and international arena. The company has a strength of about 200 technical staff and 40 non-technical support staff.
Er. Chopra together with his wife take pleasure in reaching out to children deprived of opportunities and encourage them to grow with self-confidence.
Er. Chopra has carried forward his passion for art and painting. He has held so many of his paintings exhibition. He shared one of the sketch made by him for a Picture Description exercise to students attending Interactive Online Mentoring Sessions operated by Gyan Vigyan Sarita. Er Chopra informed that the same picture which was captioned at different occasions / exhibitions differently. At one occasion it was titled as “Last Minute Preparation”, in another exhibition it was titled as “Difference of attitude between Girl & Boys” and at another occasion as “कामीने दोस्त”.
Er Chopra wanted to have views and prespective of these students about this picture after their careful observation of the given picture.
It was less a contest, rather more an opportunity for the students in stage of class 9th and 10th to express their thoughts. His brief observation on entries of students are as under –
“ I am so overwhelmed and full of joy and excitement that from morning till now I have done nothing but gone through the lovely, pure words of angels who are still far away from the competitive and doggy world.
God bless to all. It was very difficult to come to a conclusion though I have tabulated the result with my short comments for your perusal, Input and to freeze the list finally.”
Nevertheless, entries have been placed Two grades -
Grade A: K. Sai Praneeth (10th), T. Dhruti (9th), Uha Chandrika (9th), JJSN Ganesh (10th), from RKM School Sitanagram
Grade B: Remaining 9 participants, all from RKM School Sitanagram.
The participants will be presented by Mrs and Er. Chopra, through their school, a kit to students in grade A, to encourage them in pursuit of their hobbies and a token of appreciation to the students in grade B.
Entries in Grade A are being brought out in this bulletin as they are.
