Democratization of Education
Democracy is a very pious and spiritual term. Unfortunately, it is often used politically either to claim rights with selfish motto or to thwart the process of development and welfare to all. Children of elite families get education in best and sometimes most expensive schools while, there are children, living in deprivation, who can't even dream to attend school regularly. The only temptation for them to go to school is mid-day meals and attendance based scholarship. Their sociological and health conditions are quite averse to their educational requirements. This initiative being driven on Zero-Fund-&-Zero-Asset (ZFZA) basis in a non-organizational, non-remunerative, non-commercial and non-political manner has its own limitations. Nevertheless, within the initiative every child is treated without discrimination and mentored to groom competence to compete.
Special attention is given to learning need of every child. Here, extending financial assistance, charity, mercy etc. is discouraged. It is observed that such a philanthropic orientation helps to get students in numbers, but their focus is diverted to receive freebies rather than learning.
Accordingly, students in bare minimum infrastructure of this initiative are motivated to learn, extended finger hold to start moving forward, create a dream and work hard to accomplish it. This intervention is outside school hours.
